Free

A few days ago I had my dog “Puffy” on a leash tied down to my kitchen table to keep him from bothering the gardener.   After about two hours I untied him but apparently he didn’t feel me doing it.

I noticed he would stand up and look at me like saying “Lady did you forget something?” 

He would make funny noises like he normally makes when he wants to go outside.   And then I realized he didn’t know he was FREE.

See, we have been set free but do we KNOW it?  Even though puffy was free he was not walking in freedom.   Freedom is only evident if you practice it. 

Freedom means that whatever was holding us hostage, no longer has power over us.

So, if you have been set free, let the world know!  Show your freedom off.

There is freedom in the name of Jesus!
